We spent the 4th at the beach enjoying the GORGEOUS weather. The kids exhausted themselves playing on the beach, but Riley held on long enough to watch a great fireworks display from the Cherry Grove Pier. We hope that next year Jack can stay awake long enough to enjoy the display! Everyone left the beach today, except for me and Riley. We are going to enjoy some quality "big kid" time, and hopefully our friends Gwen and Hayden are going to come spend a day with us on the sand. The whole crew (North Carolina Olson's, Ritchy's, California Olson's, Linc, Jack, and Lindsey) will be back on Friday for our traditional family beach week. Riley and Jack have a new "Aunt Laura" to meet, as well as two new cousins from California. We can't wait to see what the next 2 weeks bring!
