Well, besides the fact that the stupid people don't know how to take a proper picture of Santa (notice his head is cut off), our visit with Santa could not have gone any better! Jack had a pouty lip when we first handed him over, but daddy was quickly able to bring some smiles to his face. Riley was a little hesitant at first, but warmed up quickly and had a nice conversation with Santa. She remembered to tell him everything she wants for Christmas...a violin, new kitchen, new baby doll with stroller, and some cars and trucks for Jack. We also finally got our tree this weekend! Riley and I got it all decorated while Jack took his nap and she only managed to break 3 ornaments. It is very top heavy considering all of the ornaments are on the top half so that Jack can't pull them off. However, he did spend most of the night burping up little pieces of tree needles. There's just no stopping the little monster. I'm just wondering how many times I'm going to have to re-wrap the packages he gets into!
