Soccer has started again, and Riley was so excited to have her first game of the season this past weekend. Not only was it her first "spring" game, but her BEST game overall. Girl is developing some real skills, becoming very (but not too) aggressive. I still think she is destined to be a goalie the way she protects that thing, but she was front and center in making goals.
This winter (for lack of a better word) has been so weird. We are on spring break this week, enjoying sunny temps in the 70's. Riley had her first trip away with friends last night, heading to Great Wolf Lodge with close friends. On Wednesday, mommy and friends/kids head to the beach to enjoy some R&R. A very special 4th birthday is also in the works for mommy's favorite leprechaun!
Jack is never far behind from big sister's activities....I LOVE this kid and REALLY loved having him all to myself while Riley was away - daddy was in bed with strep throat :-(
